Had the chance to fish with good friends JV4 and Gene R. , he brought his son that was in town. All I can say is it was bright blue skies, NORTH wind , post front and the fishing was AWSOM The birds lead the way again and they did not stop working all day. We fished from 8:00am till 1:00pm and we tried to leave earlier but we found more bids on the way to the ramp Of all the days I forgot my video camera, camera and JV4’s had the batteries missing We took a couple of pics with the cell phone. We caught 70 legal hybrids & stripers and some huge whites… the biggest white was 2lbs 14oz and Gene and his son hit their personal best hybrids and striper No 10lbs that day but lots of 7lb fish with a few almost 9lbs. These fish are so fat it is stupid If you catch one, weigh it because a couple of times we would have swore they were 10lbs but right at 9 was the true weight All fish caught on Moe’s dead assassins in 35-45 ft water. Winds were 10-13 mph North and water was 52 degrees
