Lake Ray Hubbard Fishing Report | Whitebass | Summer fishing

This week with the continued rising water , gates open on Lake Lavon and Lake Ray Hubbard it's like fishing a river system instead of a lake . Sporadic top water action has started and should heat up as the temperature heats up early in the morning . Still fishing shallow early with 4 in Co Co Moes from Moe's Tackle Shop on 1/2 oz jig heads . Later in the morning I have been trolling hell-pets . The fish with the currents are staging on the end of flats and points suspended in 17-19 ft of water . Summer is here so get those kids out fishing before the dreaded "school" word is mentioned !!
