Hello guys and girls … well after a knee surgery recovery and a cracked fuel tank in the boat .. I am back on the water. Ruben joined me for a little Hubbard fishing this morning and I can tell you the winds are still there !! we fished from when we finally got tired of the rodeo of waves… had to use the electronics to find fish today. We were limited on the areas to fish but did manage a 2 man limit on white bass… no hybrids and yes.. a few yellow bass… all fish caught on SSS 1 oz slabs from http://www.moestackleshop.com/ in 19-30 ft water. Winds were SW 15-25- mph and the water temp was a blistery 65 degrees. Presentation was very important… just a slight lift.. and it would be like a wet lump of grass on the end.
